Or you can choose to cook your own meals in one of our kitchens. 

NOTE: If you choose not to use MC3 Catering, there is a $50 service/cleaning fee for outside catering.

    All breakfast meals include coffee and juice.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment must be made by the beginning of the first meal.
  2. Dining halls and times will be assigned according to quantity of group and number of groups listed. Meal times: Breakfast: 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30, Lunch: 11, 11:30, Noon, 12:30, Dinner: 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30.
  3. Use of dining hall for meetings lasting longer than the allotted time will be $25.00 per hour and must be approved in advance. 
  4. Final count must be in within seven days prior to event.
  5. We make an effort to accommodate all Special requests. Special meals must be turned in at least 21 days prior to event. A $3.00 per person up charge will be added for special requests, not affiliated with meal plan
  6. All meals are served buffet style. Meals are not all you can eat but priced as a single portion meal.
  7. All desserts are decided by MC3 Catering. We will consider requests.
  8. Groups less than 15 will be tagged onto a larger group if available.
